Air India Restores Legacy Boeing 777 After 6-Year Grounding

•Air India's Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, VT-ALL, returns to service after being grounded for over six years.
•More than 3,000 new components installed and over 4,000 maintenance tasks completed at AIESL's Nagpur facility.
•The aircraft was grounded in February 2020 due to unserviceable systems and ageing components.
•Restoration efforts began in April 2025 to support Air India's long-haul expansion.
•VT-ALL is the last of 30 previously grounded legacy aircraft to be brought back into service by Air India.
