B Srinivas Appointed VECV MD & CEO; Vinod Agarwal Becomes Chairman

•B Srinivas takes over as Managing Director and CEO of VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) from April 1.
•He replaces Vinod Agarwal, who will now serve as Chairman of the VECV Board, effective April 1.
•Agarwal, who led VECV for 16 years, replaces Sofia Frandberg as Chairman, who will continue on the Board.
•Srinivas brings over three decades of experience at Eicher, including his recent role as VECV's Chief Operating Officer.
•Rajinder Singh Sachdeva, Deputy CEO & CTO, is nominated to the VECV Board as EML's nominee, replacing Raul Rai.
