•Cashfree Payments will establish its new corporate headquarters at Bellandur, Bengaluru, accommodating approximately 800 desks.
•COWRKS operates 45 centers across 8 major cities, managing over 2.1 million sq ft and 26,500 desks.
•Recently, JP Morgan leased 2.72 lakh sq ft from COWRKS in Mumbai for a starting monthly rent of Rs 9.23 crore.
•India's office demand hit an all-time high in 2025, driven by foreign firms setting up Global Capability Centers.
