•Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts raised USD 7 million (approx Rs 64.49 crore) in its first funding round.
•The investment came from Singapore-based Ionware Inc, an investment holding company.
•Funds will be used for international acquisitions, enhancing experiential offerings, and strengthening global presence.
•The company is acquiring La Barbarie in Guernsey Island and The Vincent Hotel in Southport.
•MD Richa Adhia stated the investment enables scaling and portfolio strengthening.
