Gaurs Group to Invest Rs 100 Cr in Greater Noida Precast Plant

•Gaurs Group will invest Rs 100 crore to establish a precast manufacturing plant in Greater Noida.
•The company signed an MoU with Elematic India, an arm of Finland-based Elematic Group, for precast concrete technology.
•The plant, spread over 5 acres, will produce advanced precast concrete components like slabs, columns, beams, and walls.
•Expected to be operational within six months, the facility aims to enhance construction capabilities and efficiency.
•Gaurs Group also placed a Rs 150 crore order for modular bathrooms and kitchen pods for its projects.
