India Rushes 30 Tonnes of Aid to Cyclone-Hit Madagascar After Fytia, Gezani Devastation

India dispatched 30 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Madagascar following widespread devastation by Tropical Cyclones Fytia and Gezani.

An Indian Air Force C-17 aircraft delivered 12 tonnes of medical aid and 18 tonnes of disaster relief material to Antananarivo.
•
The aid package includes life-saving medicines, surgical supplies, tents, water storage tanks, dignity kits, and ready-to-eat meals.

Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal affirmed India's solidarity and continued support for Madagascar.
