•A man was arrested in Jamshedpur for allegedly forcing a cigarette butt into a 20-year-old woman's mouth.
•Accused Kanhaiya Rajak also assaulted the victim and attempted to pull off her clothes when she resisted.
•The incident occurred near a government school on Road No. 3 while the victim was walking alone.
•Police acted swiftly on SSP Piyush Pandey's directive, arresting Rajak within hours of the case registration.
