Jharkhand Govt Partners with IIHR Bengaluru to Boost Horticulture, Farmer Income

•Jharkhand government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR), Bengaluru.
•The agreement aims to develop and expand the horticulture sector across the state.
•Signed in Ranchi on March 12, in the presence of Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
•CM Soren stated it will directly benefit farmers, increasing their income and promoting productivity, quality, and value-addition in various crops.
•The initiative will introduce modern technology and boost research in Jharkhand's horticulture sector.
