•Kerala government forms 12th Pay Revision Commission to review state employee salaries.
•Former Chief Secretary V P Joy appointed as chairman of the commission.
•Advocate M Rajagopalan Nair and retired Additional Secretary Sreelatha Sukumaran are other members.
•V R Sobha, Additional Secretary in Finance Department, will serve as the commission’s secretary.
•Commission tasked to submit its report within three months, ensuring timely completion.
