Mamata takes Bengal Law Dept; Ghatak retains Labour, Supriyo out of cabinet

•Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has taken charge of the law department.
•Moloy Ghatak will now solely handle the labour department, previously holding both law and labour.
•Trinamool Congress leader Babul Supriyo exits the state cabinet after being elected to the Rajya Sabha.
•Supriyo's former portfolios (IT, industrial reconstruction, public enterprises) are now vacant.
•The vacant portfolios will temporarily remain with the CM until a fresh allocation is made.
