Man Arrested for Pushing Wife to Death from First Floor in Delhi

•A man was arrested in northeast Delhi for allegedly pushing his 35-year-old wife to her death from the first floor of their residence.
•The incident was reported around 12:30 am on Saturday from GTB Hospital, where the woman was declared dead.
•Preliminary inquiry suggests the deceased was pushed from the first floor of their Nand Nagri home by her husband after a domestic dispute.
