Man Murdered in Ranchi Over Refusal to Marry; Two Sisters Among Three Held

•Vijay Kumar Das (29) was found murdered in Ranchi after being missing since February 24.
•Two sisters, Roshni Devi (29) and Seema Devi (35), along with their brother Bhupesh Baitha (27), were arrested.
•Roshni allegedly conspired to kill Das after he refused to marry her, despite their illicit relationship.
•The victim was intoxicated, then brutally murdered by slitting his throat and stabbing him at Roshni's house.
•The body was dumped in a well in Tengaria village, and the knife used in the crime was recovered.
