•29-year-old MD student Giri Prasad found hanging in his rented accommodation in Meerut.
•Originally from Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, he was pursuing MD from a medical college in Meerut.
•A classmate discovered him around 11 am on Wednesday and informed the police.
•Police sent the body for post-mortem; Bhavanpur SHO Joginder Kumar suspects suicide.
•Giri Prasad's family members have been informed and are on their way to Meerut.
