Moscow warns Seoul: Supplying arms to Ukraine will damage relations

•Russia warns South Korea against supplying arms to Ukraine under a NATO-sponsored program.
•Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that such participation would delay conflict settlement and force retaliatory measures.
•Moscow would consider Seoul's involvement in the PURL program as damaging to bilateral relations and dialogue on the Korean peninsula.
•Zakharova expressed surprise, noting it contradicts Seoul's official stance of non-participation in arms supplies.
•The PURL program, established in 2025, involves the EU purchasing weapons for Ukraine after the US stopped free supplies.
