Nagpur Blast: 11 Arrested, Directors Detained After Fatal Explosion Kills 19

•Nagpur Rural Police arrested 11 persons, including senior officials and supervisory staff of SBL Energy Limited, following a fatal explosion.
•The blast at the company's Raulgaon unit killed 19 workers and injured 23 others on February 28.
•Preliminary inquiries by DISH and PESO revealed serious safety norm violations and operational negligence.
