NCP (SP) Names Saseendran, Thomas K Thomas for Kerala Assembly Polls

•NCP (Sharadchandra Pawar), an LDF ally, announced its candidates for three constituencies in the upcoming Kerala Assembly elections.
•Kerala Forest Minister A K Saseendran will contest from his current seat, Elathur in Kozhikode district.
•Sitting MLA Thomas K Thomas is set to contest from Kuttanad.
•K T Mujeeb has been fielded from the Malappuram constituency.
•Despite some internal objections to Saseendran's candidature, the election campaign has already commenced.
