NIA Court Sends 7 Foreigners to 11-Day Custody in Drone Smuggling, Insurgency Case

•Special NIA Court remanded 6 Ukrainians and 1 US citizen to 11 days of NIA custody until March 27.
•Accused of entering Mizoram (protected area) and Myanmar to contact ethnic war groups.
•NIA alleges they trained in Myanmar and were training ethnic war groups linked to Indian insurgent groups.
•They are also accused of bringing a huge consignment of Drones from Europe via India.
•The foreigners were arrested from Delhi, Lucknow, and Kolkata.
