NSF Demands Termination of Illegal Govt Appointments in 45 Days

•The Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) demanded termination of all illegal appointments in state government departments within 45 days.
•NSF alleged 109 posts across 16 departments were filled without advertisement, bypassing recruitment procedures.
•Appointments were reportedly made outside the purview of Nagaland Staff Selection Board and Nagaland Public Service Commission.
•Many contractual, ad hoc, and temporary engagements were later regularized without due process.
•NSF warned of consequences if the government fails to act, citing impact on deserving Naga youth.
