Officebanao Secures Nearly $4M to Fuel Expansion, Valuation Hits $70M

•Delhi-NCR-based commercial interiors platform Officebanao raised nearly USD 4 million for business expansion.
•The company completed a USD 7.7 million fundraising, valuing it at USD 70 million post-money.
•The round was led by existing investor Lightspeed, with participation from Mangum II and Medra Family.
•Founder Tushar Mittal acquired stakes from co-founders Akshya Kumar and Divyanshu Sharma, who are pursuing independent ventures.
•Officebanao's revenue grew from Rs 22 crore in FY23 to Rs 138 crore in FY25, targeting Rs 225 crore in FY26.
