PNB Auctions Rolta's Gurugram Property to Recover Rs 450.85 Cr NPA

•Punjab National Bank (PNB) is selling Rolta Pvt Ltd's non-performing assets (NPA) to recover Rs 450.85 crore.
•The NPA includes a 7,800 sq m land parcel and building in Gurugram, Haryana.
•The reserve price for the asset is set at Rs 250 crore, with a bid increment of Rs 2.5 crore.
•The total outstanding amount was Rs 450.85 crore as of November 31, 2024, excluding further interest and charges.
•An e-auction will be held on April 7, 2026, and the property has over Rs 2.1 crore in municipal dues.
