PSPB, RSPB Dominate 87th Senior National TT; Delhi Edges Maharashtra in Thriller
•Traditional powerhouses PSPB and RSPB began their 87th UTT Senior National Table Tennis Championships campaign with dominant victories, moving closer to the knockout stage.
•In the men's section, PSPB secured 3-0 wins over Andhra Pradesh and Punjab, while RSPB defeated Rajasthan 3-1 and Gujarat 3-0.
•Delhi narrowly beat Maharashtra 3-2 in the closest men's contest, with Shivjit Singh Lamba clinching the decider after Kushal Chopda's strong performance for Maharashtra.
•Other strong starts in men's include West Bengal, Telangana, Mizoram, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, and Karnataka.
•Women's team event saw PSPB, RBI, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, and Delhi register successive wins, with Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh winning close 3-2 ties.
