Rekha Gupta: Delhi Girls Must Graduate; Lakhpati Bitiya Yojana to Empower Women

•Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta urged all girls in Delhi to attain at least a graduation-level education.
•Speaking at Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women's convocation, she highlighted government efforts to provide opportunities for women.
•Gupta announced the Lakhpati Bitiya Yojana, under which eligible girls will receive Rs 1.25 lakh after graduation.
•She emphasized that girls should attend colleges and study their favorite courses, envisioning India's move towards women-led development.
