Seven-Year-Old Boy Electrocuted by Live Feeder Pillar in Thane

A seven-year-old boy died after touching a live electric feeder pillar in Thane district, Maharashtra.
•
The incident occurred on Sunday morning at Jijai Nagar locality, Dombivli area.
•
The boy was playing with a ball which rolled near a Mahavitaran feeder pillar; he received a high-voltage shock while trying to retrieve it.
•
Residents rushed him to a hospital where he was declared dead.
•
An accidental death report has been registered, and police are investigating the circumstances.
