Six Dead, Several Injured in Multiple UP Road Accidents
- •Three people died and 13 were injured in Jhansi when an overloaded auto collided with an unidentified vehicle near Lohia Degree College, Gursarai.
- •Kumari Janki (18), Pandit Sita Ramaiya (55), and Narayan Das (50) from Cairokar village were among the deceased in Jhansi.
- •In Saharanpur, Shahrukh (35) and Shahid, both from Muzaffarnagar, died after their car hit a divider and overturned near Ghalauli checkpost, Deoband.
- •A 22-year-old man, Ravi Paswan, was killed and a minor, Mantu Chaudhary (17), critically injured in Ballia when a truck hit their motorcycle on NH-31, Haldi.
- •Police have registered cases, detained a truck driver, and sent bodies for post-mortem across the districts.
