Tata Motors Launches Punch.ev to Drive Entry-Level EV Adoption

Tata Motors launched the facelift version of the Punch EV, aiming to democratize entry-level EV adoption.

The new Punch.ev features a 40 kWh LFP prismatic cell battery, offering a real-world range of around 355 km and fast charging (20-80% in 26 minutes).

Tata Motors emphasizes electrifying the sub-Rs 12 lakh car segment, where EV penetration is currently low (1.6%), to achieve mainstream EV adoption.
