Tragedy in Indore: Two Civic Workers Die from Toxic Gas in Sewer Chamber

Two municipal workers died from asphyxiation due to toxic gas while cleaning a sewerage chamber in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
•
The incident occurred in front of Devi Ahilyabai Holkar fruit and vegetable market.
•
One worker fell unconscious after entering the chamber, and a second worker attempting rescue also succumbed to the gas.
•
The deceased were identified as Karan Yadav and Ajay Dodi.
•
Eyewitnesses alleged the workers lacked safety equipment and emergency services were delayed.
