Travel Planner Booked for Duping Senior Citizens of Rs 33 Lakh

•A travel planner, Rahul Jain, was booked for allegedly cheating 60 senior citizens of Rs 33 lakh.
•Jain promised a tour of Assam and Meghalaya, collecting Rs 75,000 per person.
•The tour was cancelled in October due to 'heavy rains', and Jain issued cheques for refunds.
•The cheques bounced, and Jain became unreachable, leading victims to realize they were duped.
•Construction businessman Shivshankar Agarwal (61) filed the complaint; police investigation is ongoing.
