TSMC Dominates AI Chip Market: Nears 70% Global Foundry Share in 2025

•Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC) secured 69.9% of the global foundry market in 2025, driven by booming AI demand.
•TSMC's sales reached USD 122.54 billion in 2025, marking a 36.1% increase from the previous year.
•In Q4 2025, TSMC held 70.4% market share with sales of USD 33.72 billion, boosted by strong demand for its 3-nanometer process.
•Samsung Electronics ranked a distant second with a 7.2% market share and USD 12.63 billion in sales.
•The top 10 global foundry firms collectively generated USD 169.47 billion in 2025, up 26.3% year-on-year.
