Youth's Throat Slit in Barabanki Field; Police Investigate Brutal Murder

•The body of Mithun Rawat, a youth from Durin Purva village, was found with his throat slit in a field in Barabanki, UP.
•Rawat had left home on Friday and did not return; villagers discovered his body Friday night in the Kursi police station area.
•Preliminary investigation suggests assailants used a sharp object, repeatedly attacking and nearly severing his neck.
•Police have taken the body into custody for post-mortem and launched an active investigation into the murder.
•Circle Officer, Fatehpur, Jagat Kanaujia, stated that police teams are combing the area for clues and expect to crack the case soon.
