BPCL Establishes Singapore Arm for Global Energy Trading Expansion

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) incorporated Bharat Petroleum Global Energy Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. on February 26, 2026.

The new wholly-owned subsidiary aims to expand BPCL's trading activities in energy products globally.

It will establish a trading desk for crude oil, natural gas, petroleum, and other petrochemical products.
•
BPCL will hold 100% shareholding in the unit, comprising 2 million shares at $1 each.
•
The move follows BPCL's strong Q3 FY26 performance, with net profit and revenue exceeding estimates.
