Hindustan Oil Exploration MD Steps Down, Baroruchi Mishra Named Successor

•Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Limited (HOEC) announced Ramasamy Jeevanandam will step down as MD.
•Jeevanandam's resignation is effective March 31, 2026, citing health and personal reasons.
•Baroruchi Mishra is appointed as the new Managing Director & CEO for three years, effective April 1, 2026, pending shareholder approval.
•Mishra, 58, brings over 35 years of experience in the oil & gas and new energy sectors.
•HOEC shares were up 0.43% at ₹133.27, despite a 30.85% decline over the past year.
