US Container Imports Dip 6.5% in Feb, Still Fourth-Highest on Record: Descartes

•US container imports fell 6.5% year-on-year in February to 2,093,422 TEUs, as per Descartes Systems Group.
•Despite the decline, February volumes mark the fourth-highest on record, showing resilient US consumer demand.
•Imports from China dropped 16.5%, but its share of total US imports slightly rose to 34.8% as other Asian exporters saw sharper declines.
