Bengaluru: Liquor Ban In Parts For Huskur Madduramma Jatra Festival

Liquor sales banned in parts of Bengaluru ahead of Huskur Madduramma Jatra and Dharmaraya Swamy Jatra Mahotsava.
•
Ban effective from March 14 (6 am) to March 15 (11 pm) in Parappana Agrahara and Hebbagodi police station limits.
•
City Police Commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh issued the order to ensure peaceful celebrations.
•
Bars and restaurants selling liquor will remain closed; clubs and star hotels are exempted.
•
Precautionary measure to prevent untoward incidents and maintain law and order during the large gathering.
