•The IPL 2026 schedule will be released in two parts, with the first part expected on March 6 or 7.
•The tournament is confirmed to begin on March 26.
•The two-part schedule is due to pending announcements of assembly election dates by the Election Commission.
•M. Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium in Bengaluru will host the playoffs and the final match.

কলকাতা: দেশের একাধিক রাজ্যে এবার বিধানসভা ভোট- আর সেই সময়েই আইপিএল চলার কথা- তাই আইপিএল গভর্নিং কাউন্সিল এবার বড় সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে৷ ইন্ডিয়ান প্রিমিয়ার লিগ (আইপিএল) গভর্নিং কাউন্সিল সোমবার অনলাইনে বৈঠক করেছে৷ সেখানেই আসন্ন মরশুমের সময়সূচি দুটি ধাপে প্রকাশ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে বলে জানা গেছে৷ একটি প্রতিবেদন অনুসারে, গভর্নিং কাউন্সিল সময়সূচির প্রথমার্ধ অনুমোদন করেছে, যা ৬ বা ৭ মার্চ প্রকাশ করা হবে বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে।
