•Lungi Ngidi surpassed Tabraiz Shamsi to become South Africa's highest wicket-taker in T20Is.
•Ngidi achieved this milestone by dismissing Ryan Burl during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 match against Zimbabwe.
•He now has 90 wickets from 63 matches, eclipsing Shamsi's 89 wickets in 70 games.
