Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma's, Wife's Assets Double in Five Years: Affidavit

•Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and wife's assets more than doubled in five years, as per election affidavit.
•Combined assets now Rs 35.15 crore, up from Rs 17.27 crore in 2021 and Rs 6.38 crore in 2016.
•CM Sarma holds movable assets worth Rs 2.36 crore, including Rs 68 lakh in bank accounts and Rs 1.41 crore in loans/advances.
•Wife Riniki Sarma declared movable assets of Rs 13.54 crore, including shares, mutual funds, and 1.45 kg gold.
•Riniki owns three non-agricultural properties valued at Rs 19.25 crore; CM Sarma has no agricultural or non-agricultural land.
