Bengaluru-Goa Vande Bharat: 13-Hour Journey Proposed, Mangaluru Skipped

•Railway Ministry proposes Vande Bharat Express between Yesvantpur (Bengaluru) and Madgaon (Goa).
•The train will complete the journey in 13 hours, departing Yesvantpur at 6:05 am and arriving at Madgaon at 7:15 pm.
•To reduce travel time, the train will skip Mangaluru Junction and Mangaluru Central stations, running via Padil bypass.
•SWR proposes increasing speed limits on certain sections to further reduce journey time.
•Gujarat recently received its 6th Vande Bharat Express, connecting Asarwa (Ahmedabad) and Udaipur City, operational from February 18.
