Char Dham Yatra Registration Opens Today: How to Apply for the Himalayan Pilgrimage

•Online registration for the Char Dham Yatra opened today, mandatory for all pilgrims visiting the Himalayan temples.
•The pilgrimage begins April 19 with Yamunotri and Gangotri temples; Kedarnath opens April 22, and Badrinath on April 23.
•Register via registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in, 'Tourist Care Uttarakhand' app, WhatsApp (8394833833), or toll-free (01351364).
•Valid ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, DL) is required; a medical certificate is compulsory for those over 50 or with health conditions.
•Registration is free of cost; offline counters will be available from April 17 in Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Dehradun.
