•Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) report reveals 32% of sitting Rajya Sabha MPs have declared criminal cases.
•16% of MPs in the Upper House face serious criminal charges, including murder and attempt to murder.
•14% (31 MPs) of Rajya Sabha members are billionaires, with average assets of ₹120.69 crore.
•Party-wise analysis shows BJP has 27 MPs with criminal cases, Congress 12, TMC 4, and AAP 4.
•Bandi Partha Saradhi (BRS) is the richest MP with over ₹5,300 crore, while Sant Balbir Singh (AAP) is the poorest with ₹3 lakh.
