•The incident occurred on March 5 near Metro Cinema, leading to a minor hole in the underground tunnel.
•MMRC stated that operations remain unaffected, and services are running normally.
•Prior permission is mandatory for any construction or excavation within the 50-meter 'influence zone' of Metro Line-3.
