•Dalmia Cement (Bharat), Shree Digvijay, and India Cements (during 2017-18) were involved in bid rigging.
•ONGC noticed suspicious identical bids of 7,000 rupees per tonne in 2018, leading to an antitrust case.
•Evidence includes communications, meetings, emails, and admissions, with one executive citing a "numerology factor of 7" as defense.
•Companies colluded on pricing, volume sharing, territorial division, and attempted to exclude foreign bidders like Schlumberger.
