Gokul Hikes Milk Prices: Cow Milk Up by 2, Buffalo Milk by 1 for Farmers

•Gokul Milk Federation increases procurement prices for cow and buffalo milk, benefiting 5 lakh farmers in Kolhapur.
•Cow milk procurement price rises by 2 rupees to 36 rupees per liter; buffalo milk by 1 rupee to 53.50 rupees per liter.
•New procurement rates effective from February 21, 2026, providing an additional 7-7.5 crore rupees monthly to farmers.
•Selling prices also increased: buffalo milk by 2 rupees to 70 rupees per liter, cow milk by 1 rupee.
