Arrested for allegedly assaulting a 35-year-old woman; police nabbed him at 3 AM on Wednesday.

Kharat, a retired Merchant Navy officer, gained prominence after then CM Eknath Shinde visited his temple in November 2022.

Police seized a pen drive containing 58 objectionable videos, investigating potential blackmail and identity of individuals in videos.
