•A 40-year-old businessman, Valmik Gaikwad, from Dhulgaon, Yeola taluka, committed suicide by jumping under a train with his four-year-old son.
•The incident occurred on Saturday evening at Samit Talegaon in Chandwad taluka.
•The exact motive behind the extreme step remains unknown, and police are investigating.
•Valmik Gaikwad is survived by his father, wife, and a one-and-a-half-month-old son.
•Chandwad Police have registered a case of accidental death and are gathering detailed information.
