•Jadhav allegedly filmed sexual exploitation of over 100 women by Ashok Kharat at 'Ojas Properties'.
•He then blackmailed Kharat for 5 crore rupees using the 58 CCTV footage clips he stole.
•When Kharat refused, Jadhav targeted the victimized women, sending morphed videos to their families.
•Police have recovered over 100 videos, fearing many prominent women are among the victims.
