NCLT Orders Wind-Up: Cyient-HAL JV Infotech HAL Limited Faces Liquidation

•NCLT Bengaluru Bench ordered liquidation proceedings against Infotech HAL Limited, a 50:50 JV of Cyient and HAL.
•Mr. Vasudevan Gopu has been appointed as the liquidator for Infotech HAL Limited.
•Cyient received the NCLT order on March 3, 2026, regarding the joint venture.
•Cyient's Q3 net profit declined 28% QoQ to ₹91.8 crore, despite revenue rising 3.8% to ₹1,848.5 crore.
•EBIT margin expanded to 9% from 8.2% QoQ, driven by operational efficiencies and higher-value projects.
