CG Power's Indonesian Arm CPSI Sells Factory Assets for IDR155 Billion

•CG Power and Industrial Solutions' subsidiary PT Crompton Prima Switchgear Indonesia (CPSI) to sell all factory assets.
•The sale is to Indonesia-based firm PT Prima Layanan Nasional Enjiniring (PLNE) for IDR155 billion.
•CPSI, a non-operating entity since FY 2022-23, contributed nil turnover in the last fiscal year.
•Assets include land, plant and machinery, furniture, and equipment; sale expected to complete by March 31, 2026.
•Proceeds will cover external liabilities and shareholder loans; no adverse financial impact on CG Power.
