CG Power's Indonesian Arm CPSI Sells Factory Assets for IDR155 Billion

CG Power and Industrial Solutions' subsidiary PT Crompton Prima Switchgear Indonesia (CPSI) to sell all factory assets.
•
The sale is to Indonesia-based firm PT Prima Layanan Nasional Enjiniring (PLNE) for IDR155 billion.
•
CPSI, a non-operating entity since FY 2022-23, contributed nil turnover in the last fiscal year.
•
Assets include land, plant and machinery, furniture, and equipment; sale expected to complete by March 31, 2026.
•
Proceeds will cover external liabilities and shareholder loans; no adverse financial impact on CG Power.
