Jubilant Ingrevia Begins CDMO Dispatches from Bharuch Plant, Declares Dividend

Jubilant Ingrevia's subsidiary, Jubilant Agro Sciences Limited, commenced commercial production of Agro Intermediate at its Bharuch site in Gujarat.

Dispatches from the Bharuch facility began on March 21, 2026, under a CDMO contract with a leading agrochemical company.
•
The company reported a 32.4% YoY decline in Q3 net profit to ₹47 crore, with revenue remaining flat at ₹1,051 crore.
•
Jubilant Ingrevia declared an interim dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for FY25-26, with February 10, 2026, as the record date.
•
The board approved the re-appointment of Ameeta Chatterjee for a five-year term, effective April 17, 2026, pending shareholder approval.
