Telangana High Court Suspends NHAI Debarment Order Against NCC

•NCC Ltd received interim relief as the Telangana High Court suspended NHAI's debarment order.
•The debarment, effective February 17, 2026, barred NCC and its subsidiary OB Infrastructure Ltd from NHAI tenders for two years.
