TIL Board Approves ₹200 Crore Rights Issue: Check Entitlement, Price Details

•TIL board approved raising ₹200 crore through a rights issue on Monday, March 16.
•The company will issue 1.2 crore partly paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each.
•Issue price is fixed at ₹165 per fully paid-up equity share, a 17% discount to Monday's closing price.
•Existing shareholders are eligible for 11 rights equity shares for every 64 shares owned, with record date set for Monday, March 23.
•75% of the issue price per equity share must be paid on application; open and close dates are yet to be disclosed.
